Naomi is a Melbourne-based word nerd, quote collector and entre-pun-eur. Naomi has run the online quote and poetry page Coloured Quotes since March 2018, where she attempts watercolour illustrations ‘so the words look pretty’. Naomi is interested in applying her skills as a writer and editor to creative projects that benefit the wider community. Naomi was introduced to the Missing Persons Advocacy Network (MPAN) by a colleague at the RACGP who distributed copies of the Too Short Stories collection. Naomi has since remained stricken with awe (wondrous, sad and inspirational awe) by the words and art and the people they portray in the short stories. Naomi would love an opportunity to use her creative skillset to help those who are left to pass on the stories of missing persons to ensure their stories are written, read and remembered.
